Deposits: In order to confirm you space, we ask for a deposit of $150.00 per person within one week of making your reservation.

Final Payments: Final payment must be received by Carroll International Travel 60 days prior to trip departure. For reservations made within 60 days of departure, full payment is due within one business day of making reservation.

Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel your trip, we will refund payments less a $100.00 administrative fee per the following schedule:

90+ days: $100.00
60 – 89 days: penalty of 25% of trip cost plus $100.00
45 – 59 days: penalty of 50% of trip cost plus $100.00
Less than 45 days: No refund

Liability: Carroll International Travel and its affiliated entities and its employees, shareholders, offices, directors, successors, agents, and assigns neither own nor operate any person or entity which is to, or does, provide goods or services for these trips or tours. Because Carroll International Travel does not maintain any control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, Carroll International Travel assumes no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any tour suppliers, or other employees, agents or contractors (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrument owned, operated or otherwise by any of these suppliers, or (3) any wrongful, willful, or negligent act or omissions on any part of any other party not under the supervision or control of the Operator.

Each participant will be required to sign a Liability Waiver in order to participate on a Carroll International Trip.

Conduct: Carroll Travel International wants each participant to have the best possible experience on their trip. In instances where a participant may be abusive, threatening or otherwise harm any other member of the trip, or where a participant violates any state or United States government law, Carroll International Travel reserves the right to remove the participant from the trip. No refund will be given and the participant will be responsible for his/her return transportation.

Insurance: Whereas all or part of your trip may be non-refundable, Carroll International Travel strongly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance. Additionally, Carroll International Travel recommends the purchase of medical insurance. Ask your travel agent for more information.

Travel Documents: It is each participant’s responsibility to insure that proper visas and passports are obtained in order to enter the United States. Carroll International Travel will not be responsible for any participant who is denied entry to the United States.

Additional Expenses: Carroll International Travel is responsible for providing only the services described on this web-site. Other tours, admission tickets, meals and/or shopping are considered optional and will be at the expense of the participant.

Contact Information: In order to insure proper handling of any emergency which may arise, Carroll International Travel will require emergency contact information in your point of origin.
